Say hi to the 2010 Bentley Azure

The current Bentley Arnage family's farewell tour culminates with this. We've already seen the Brooklands coupe and the Arnage Final Series sedan, and now with the L.A. Auto Show, the Azure droptop gets its opportunity to take a curtain call. Say hi to the 2010 Bentley Azure T, which gets the same 500-horsepower, 737 lb-ft 6-liter V8 lump found under the substantial bonnets of the aforementioned duo. A 6-speed auto directs all that grunt to the rear wheels. What's it cost? No word yet, but the regular Azure is already a mortgage on wheels, so use your imagination. Then add more.

 

Bugatti To Work With Bentley To Compete With Rolls-Royce

Again, rumors in auto world,now Bugatti is working together with Bentley in order to produce a new sedan. What they will be borrowing is something that we can't seem to figure out. However it is heard that it will compete against the Rolls-Royce Phantom. Previous month Bugatti hinted that its next product would be more expensive then the current Bugatti Veyron - which means that it will be equipped with enough power to make us all envious of it.Josef Paefgen lead man for the project backed up this claim when he said that there would be in cheap Bugatti. Let me ask you this, it is true that having a USD $400,000 sedan is not inexpensive at all? Of course that is no where near the price of the $1.6 million Bugatti Veyron. Naturally there are dozens of questions and theories rolling through our minds - but we find it best to wait for more details before we put anything down and add gasoline to the fire.That is why they called it rumors instead of facts.Let us wait for someone leaked out something about Bugatti real intentions and plans.It would be a very interesting looking at both Bugatti and Bently working together putting up a new machine which is more or less would be a great outcome.

 

Aston Martin Vanquish S tuning by Mansory

Mansory, the German tuner specialized in some exclusive tuning programs for British cars, after coming up with exclusive kits for Bentley or Rolls Royce, now [tag]Mansory[/tag] turned their attention on Aston Martin. And they presented this. The modified Aston Martin Vanquish S.

The body kit features a new front spoiler with aerodynamic carbon fiber trims left/right, an adaptive 4-line grille element, side skirts, integrated carbon flanks with air intakes and large air outtakes on the engine bonnet, plus fully forged aluminium 20 inch wheels.

Mansory improved handling and performance by lowering the suspension 25 mm and equipping the car with sport performance springs. Also, the Vanquish is equipped with BREMBO brakes with 6 piston calibers for the front and for the rear 4 piston calibers and an integrated handbrake system. The interior also got more exclusive, with colored sporty leather covering seats, door covers and the dashboard. The steering wheel has carbon fiber trim and aluminium pedals and brake handle.

2009 Bentley Arnage Final Series

The debut of the Arnage has been conveyed on an air of sophisticated understatement as the four-door flagship in the Bentley range. To celebrate their 10 years in the making, Arnage launched its limited edition model at the Paris Motor Show. The new model features a unique variety of specifications, combining with the performance of the 500 bhp Arnage T with the refinement of the Arnage R and design elements from the Brookalnds coupe, for the grandest of Bentleys.

The 2009 Bentley Arnage Final Series has a limited production of only 150. In the last years, the Arnage’s combination of its muscular lines and understated luxury have features an exterior design first seen on the exclusive Bentley Brooklands coupe, comprising 20-inch five-spoke, two-piece alloy wheels and ‘Le Mans’ lower front wing air vents.

Arnage Final Series buyers benefit from a range of standard and optional feature enhancements. The standard enhancements include: New audio head unit – with larger display screen and an SD (secure digital) memory card slot instead of the single CD slot.
• New rear cup holders – displaying Bentley craftsmanship, these removable cup holders attach to the front edge of the rear centre armrest, or can be stored inside the armrest.
• New hide covered boot rail – features coordinated leather trim and a chrome strip along the top edge.
• New optional enhancements available at extra cost:
• iPod Interface – links to the Infotainment system and enables customers to play their favourite music through the car’s audio system.
• Rear remote control – enables the rear seat passengers to control the infotainment system. When not in use it can be stored in a dedicated pouch inside the rear centre armrest.
• Naim for Bentley world class audio system – delivers the world’s best in-car sound stage. Created in partnership with Bentley by Naim Audio, a UK-based high end hi-fi manufacturer, this system features 10 speakers, a dual channel sub-woofer and a 1100 Watt amplifier – the world’s most powerful production unit fitted in a car. Bentley is also the first car manufacturer to use a next-generation Digital Signal Processor (DSP) in its audio system which features eight individual modes to reproduce true emotions and a ‘live’ concert-like experience.

This car can accelerate 0-60 mph in an accomplishing time of 5.2 seconds and achieving top speeds of 178 mph. Commenting on the final chapter of the Arnage story, Stuart McCullough, Member of the Board, Sales and Marketing, says: “The Final Series is the perfect model to give our Arnage flagship a splendid send off. Handcrafted at Crewe, this exclusive run of 150 cars represents the ultimate expression of Bentley luxury and effortless power.”

Bentley Continental Flying Spur Speed

In demand of its success Continental GT Speed coupe in 2007, Bentley has now released the 600bhp W12 power train in the new Continental Flying Spur Speed to deliver a more powerful blow to Bentley’s customers driving experience. The Speed engine has developed 15 percent more torque and also light-weight materials and a new engine system.

With a top speed of 200 mph, and could reach 0-60 mph in a very awkward 4.5 seconds, surprised most customers. Improving from the original tires, this new car has upgraded its wheels to 20-inch in different colors ranging from bright silver to darkened tungsten.

The Speed offers a “Dynamic Mode” to allow wheels to slip for higher speeds. Dr. Ulrich Eichhorn, Member of the Board Engineering, comments: “The new Flying Spur advances its Bentley performance credentials while delivering outstanding refinement and comfort through our unique application of advanced technology and traditional craftsmanship.” People who like to enjoy life to the fullest and cruise down the highway in a luxurious manner should.

Mansory 599 GTB Fiorano Stallone

Mansory has been a specialist for customization of cars like Aston Martin, Bentley and Rolls Royce automobiles. Now Mansory has tackled the Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano With luxurious as well as sporty modifications. Premier4509 Lamborghini Gallardo

Premier4509 has added the Lamborghini Gallardo to their list of aero kits for exotic vehicles. The latest press release from the company describes aerodynamic enhancing redesigns for the front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper and rear spoiler. Stainless steel exhaust tips will be offered with the package as an additional option. The pieces are being hand made in Japan and will be built using a mix of Carbon Fiber and FRP. “We’ve been in this business for twenty years now and we’ve always been known for our quality. We’ve gone a step up for our Premier line up and these parts will be flawless. For this line up we have assembled our best teams of craftsmen in Japan to hand build these parts.” said Hironoa Yokomaku, president of Premier4509. “For example, the rear diffuser on our Gallardo kit is larger than the raw sheets of supplied carbon fiber. To ensure there are no seam lines from the adjoining sheets, we have a technician whose sole responsibility is to line up the individual rows of carbon fiber with a needle.”

The design of the kit will help the aerodynamic efficiency and will direct the airflow towards crucial components on the vehicle. “The design is reminiscent of where Lamborghini is headed in design. I wanted to capture that essence while offering a dramatic option to Gallardo owners,” said Yokomaku. The Premier4509 collection is expanding its line up and has included the introduction of a wide body kit for the Bentley Continental GT and the Lamborghini Murcielago. The line will also expand to include more products for Bentley, Maserati and Aston Martin later.

Bentley Continental GTZ (2008): Sneak Peak

Coming soon in March, Italian coachbuilder, Zagato, will give a sneak peak at their latest invention based on the Bentley Continental GT Speed at the Geneva Motor Show. They are building up a unique, coachbuilt body for a Bentley, one of the world’s fairest and sought after cars. How much will this car cost and how fast can it goes will all be revealed later this month.

The average price for a Bentley is around $200,000 and the most expensive Bentley is the Azure Convertible edition costing around $329,000.

Surely, we would all love to own this sweet car and enjoy driving every minute of it, but the cost is too high for the majority of us and it’s not just the sale price, but also the cost of maintaining it. When buying one of these baby, you have to ask yourselves, is the pleasure worth the cost?

This is an amazing year for cars lovers, so far, 15 new supercars were introduced in 2008 and you can view all of them below. Though these sport cars didn’t make the list for the fastest cars in the world nor the most expensive, they are still great to look at and I’m sure you would love to take one of these cars home. Some of the cars below will not be made for public, but the idea and concept is there. The list will start from the beginning of the year to the most recent car that was just introduce.

Mazda Furai Concept

Mazda Furai, Japanese for ‘Sound of the wind’. People generally equate Mazda with cheap, this car is here to prove them wrong. This looks more like a drunken Batmobile than a regular sport car.

Audi R8 V12 TDI Concept

Great concept car with a V12 TDI engine, which produces 500 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque. It can sprints to 60 mph in 4.1 seconds and it is describes as ergonomic and elegant because the interior’s design is as sporty and exclusive as the exterior. The precision chassis of the Audi R8 V12 TDI concept remains ultimately in control of the sporty performance, but is also capable of assuring relaxed driving pleasure over long distances. This car looks sweet!

Mercedes-Benz SL600

Mercedes-Benz continue producing it legendary sports cars and will release a new version of the SL600 this spring with a V12 engine. Performance, luxury, refinement, just three of the outstanding characteristics of the SL600.

Gemballa Avalanche GTR 800 EVO-R

This new supercar is the latest upgrade of the Porsche 911 Turbo, extreme tuning takes the Flat-6 turbocharged engine to 850 hp. . The 911 Turbo engine has been replaced with a bigger one of 3.8L and replaced the standard blow dryers with a pair of Garret T035 turbos. Not sure how much this piece of machine will cost yet, but it will definitely be up there among one of the most expensive cars due to it performance.

Maserati Chicane Concept by IED

The graduate students from the Instituto Europeo di Design (IED) unleashed their new design which beat out many competitors and won themselves sponsorship and a spot at the Geneva show to show off their talent.

The price tag on this machine is $37,995 and Chrysler is already accepting orders. The choices of colors include Black, Silver or HEMI Orange with carbon fiber racing stripes. It can reach 0-60 mph in 5 secs with a top speed of 170 mph. Awesome car for only $38,000.

Porsche 911 GT3 RSR

Price at €349,800 ($543,000), this is an upgrade from the Porsche 911 GT3. A year ago, the 911 GT3 manages to win at the 24 hour races of Le Mans and Spa as well as overall victory at the Nuerburgring 24 hours, competes in the GT2 class at international long distance races. The most distinguishing feature of the new GT3 RSR is the front end which received major improvements to the aerodynamics. The majority of innovations however are hidden under the weight-optimised body.

If you looking for an affordable supercar that cost $125,000, this is the one . The Gran Turismo S emphasize on both performance and driving enjoyment. This little machine can reach 60 mph from stand still point in 4.8 secs. However, you will not be able to win a race against the Bugatti Veyron, so choose your opponent wisely.

Bentley Continental GTZ

Zagato, the most famous Automotive Atelier in the world is developing a rare, coachbuilt body for a Bentley, one of the most sought after car in the world. The tag price on this new Bentley is €540,000 ($835,000). The driver of this new car will get to enjoy it high-end luxury combined with superiror speed. Very nice car if you can afford it.

Alfa Romeo Bertone BAT 11

This supercar is based on the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione high-performance coupe. B.A.T., which stands for Berlinetta Aerodinamica Tecnica (aerodynamic technical Berlinetta in English). They haven’t really create the interior for this yet. Maybe they will give this car to Bruce Wayne as a gift or to those of you who want to become a superhero.
