Branew Nissan GT-R Front Clip

Having seen the original Branew Nissan GT-R at the 2008 Sema Show in Las Vegas this past November, it surely didn't take Branew long to whip up another sexy front clip available in FRP or Carbon Fiber called The Front Bumper Dynamic Version. Branew Nissan 370Z Pictures

Japanese tuner Branew just released some teaser pictures of its upcoming Branew Nissan 370Z which will debut at the Tokyo Auto Salon (SEE YOU THERE!) Photos reveal some sexy new aerodynamic body parts (front spoiler, side step, rear wing and diffuser), and the 370Z is also slammed with 22 inch chrome Branew alloy wheels. Nissan GT-R SpecV Officially Revealed

After all the spy shots and leaked details Nissan today has finally dropped the info on the new Nissan GT-R SpecV which goes on sale at seven Nissan dealers in Japan on February 2. Nissan says that the GT-R SpecV is designed for drivers "who desire race car-level performance in a street-legal vehicle." Nissan wasn't very technical about the details but the Japanese automaker did say how it used a lot of weight-saving elements with new unique body modifications, interior upgrades and performance enhancing equipment. The new Nissan GT-R SpecV includes a new carbon fiber rear-spoiler, a carbon fiber grille, and carbon fiber brake ducts. It will be available exclusively in Ultimate Black Opal body color. The inside of the car gets a two-seat interior with Recaro carbon fiber bucket seats and carbon fiber insets in the rear center storage box, instrument panel and other trim areas. The performance upgrades include a new high-gear boost control device which increases the boost of the engine's twin turbochargers for increased torque to provide a more powerful acceleration. Other performance upgrades include a titanium-coated exhaust system and carbon-ceramic brakes that provide powerful stopping performance. The special-edition GT-R SpecV rides on 20-inch lightweight, racing-style forged aluminum wheels that were developed by Nissan Motorsports International - aka NISMO. Nissan did not say how many SpecV models it will produce or whether it will be offered in other markets besides Japan - but if you live in Japan get ready to cash out 15,750,000 yen ($170,178 USD). Blitz unveils rear-wheel-drive GT-R with manual gearbox

The highlight of this weekend's Tokyo Auto Salon will undoubtedly be Nissan's brand new SpecV GT-R, but as expected Japan's big name tuners have not stood idly by and let Nissan take all the spotlight. We've already seen custom GT-Rs from the likes of Zele International and Branew, and new Blitz has revealed a custom version of the supercar designed for the D1 drift series. Zele releases full specs for R35 GT-R ‘Complete Edition’

The final details on Zele International's carbon-fiber bodykit and power enhancement for the Nissan GT-R have been released, with the tuning firm announcing that it plans to start taking orders for the completed car globally at the end of March. On display at this weekend's 2009 Tokyo AutoSalon, it will be Zele's first complete car and will thus be known as the Zele R35 GT-R 'Complete Edition'. GT-R Done: A gaggle of Nissan supercars take Buttonwillow

Drop the needle on that old Blue Oyster Cult record, because Godzilla has come to Buttonwillow. More to the point, a a group of Nissan GT-R owners, enthusiasts, and tuners held a track day at the popular California road course on December 29th. The fastest lap of the day was 1:57, which is darned speedy. We'll let the videos posted after the jump do the talking. We're running a petition to get Autoblog staffers GT-Rs as official company cars, though it'll be tough to show up at the next one of these things with a scale model and try to turn laps. Nissan GT-R Tuned by Cobra N+ with up to 620HP

German tuning firm COBRA N+ has announced the development of a new performance package for the GT-R that will be available just in time for the Japanese sportscar's European market launch in the spring of 2009. In standard form, after its recent facelift that is (see details here), the four-wheel drive GT-R comes equipped with a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V6 engine delivering 485HP. COBRA N+ is readying two performance packages for the GT-R. Nissan GT-R Cobra N+ The first tuning stage is projected to deliver 550HP, with an increase in torque to 680 Nm. To achieve this, the twin-turbocharged engine electronics were reprogrammed, boost pressure was increased by 0.15 bar and the air intake was modified with sport air filters. Also under development is a free-flow COBRA N+ stainless-steel high-performance exhaust system with metal catalysts. With this package the Nissan GT-R from COBRA N+ will sprint to 100 km/h (62 km/h) in less than 3.5 seconds, on its way to a top speed of some 320 km/h (199 mph). The second tuning package which is still under development, will boost output to a hefty 620 HP and peak torque to approximately 800 Nm. Nissan GT-R Cobra N+ COBRA N+ will also offer an array of suspension, wheels and brake upgrades that promise to better the sportscar's handling. These include three-piece lightweight 21-inch alloy wheels, eight-piston brake calipers and 405-mm brake discs on the front axle as well as a coil-over suspension that features a multitude of selectable settings for ride height and damper rates. The aerodymanic package for the GT-R includes a front apron with larger air dams, rocker panels, a rear apron with integrated diffuser, and a larger rear airfoil. For the adventurous types that don't mind being finger-pointed on the road, there's also a stripes decal kit. For the interior COBRA N+ offers two different options, a luxury kit with specially sewn upholstery for seats and doors, made from a high-quality combination of leather and Alcantara, and a racing kit with ultra-light carbon-fiber racing seats, six-point seatbelts and roll cage.  Via: Autofiends , Source: Cobra N+
